The Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at BC Children's Hospital offers an 8-hour PALS Update course. The course will feature the latest basic and advanced pediatric life support techniques and pediatric resuscitation guidelines using highfidelity simulators. Participants will have a chance to practice PALS algorithms as team leaders and team members. Successful applicants will receive the Heart and Stroke Foundation PALS provider certificate. The course is available to health care providers involved in management of critically-ill children on an ongoing basis.
Course Length: 1 day (8 hours)
